Welcome to Momentum Fitness & Conditioning

Mission - Momentum fitness and conditioning is a support network comprised of individuals who seek to fellowship with others wanting to lead active, fit, and healthy lifestyles by offering opportunities for group activities to include sports, exercise classes, runs, walks, and cycling. No matter your level of activity or desired level of involvement, at Momentum we encourage everyone to participate to the extent they feel comfortable.

Fitness – Studies have shown that even small amounts of regular physical activity can have significant long-term health benefits. At Momentum we hope to facilitate opportunities for interested individuals to become more active and thus healthier in a supportive setting that does not require a commitment from our attendees.

Conditioning – For individuals seeking higher levels of involvement in running or cycling, we provide more rigorous group activities intended to increase endurance and cardio vascular strength.

Goal races – Momentum will select a number of races this season to use as a baseline for group progression. Early in the season we will gage interest from our attendees and determine which races within the area to pursue. Possible distances range from 5 Kilometers to the marathon.

EVERYONE is welcome! If you enjoy walking, running, or biking and enjoy doing those things with others then this is the group for you. All fitness levels are desired. Exercise and training plans are available to assist you with your fitness level and goals, as well as weekly group activities designed to provide accountability, support, and outreach.
